Warranty
Our warranty covers any defect in material quality or workmanship that may occur with normal and reasonable use during the warranty period. In these cases, Mitch Mason will cover the costs of repair/ replacement of the product(s) and/ or parts of products that prove to be defective under normal and reasonable use. The warranty period is valid through 12 months from the date of purchase.

Our warranty is not valid for any costs, repairs, or replacements for the below:
Repair Fees
A return shipping, handling and servicing fee of $30 will apply to all warranty services and will be borne by the customer.
Should the defect be deemed to be under the warranty exclusions, the customer will be subjected to the cost of the repair, on top of the $30 service fee.

We’re excited to unveil new, fresh details in the Maelstrom collection. Each element blends innovation and elegance, setting a new standard for these rugged watches. Discover the latest advancements that elevate the Mitch Mason legacy.
The term "Maelstrom" denotes a powerful oceanic vortex. We sought to capture this dynamic energy in our updated dials, now featuring choppy currents that play beautifully with light, mimicking the glistening movement of ocean waves under sunlight. The minute track is now enhanced with a concentric circlular pattern, elegantly framing the three-dimensional center dial, adding depth and dimension to the Tales of the Sea's design. The teal colour evokes a sense of calm and serenity while also hinting at the ocean's dynamic and vibrant nature.
The Maelstrom's dive bezel is under the watch crystal. This keeps it protected at all times. The bezel's surface is chamfered, giving the Maelstrom a sense of depth and texture. We have added lumed bezel minute markings for the first 20 minutes. This enhancement improves the Maelstrom's diving capabilities by enabling divers to accurately time their decompression stops.
We take great pride in, and are known for our captivating and intricate caseback artworks. In this release, we're excited to present Mitch Mason's mascot, Mitch, for the first time. Continuing the motif of the energetic humpback whale from previous editions, this design features Mitch as a companion on an adventurous journey through the depths of the vast ocean.
The Maelstrom is generously equipped with Swiss Super-LumiNova® lume, ensuring exceptional visibility in even the darkest conditions. Designed to be your guiding light, it shines brilliantly whether resting on your bedside table or plunging into the depths of the ocean.
