All orders are shipped from Singapore by DHL Express within 3 days. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When the item has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you, and you will be able to track your order closely.

In the case of lost or delayed shipments, all packages are shipped with tracking. We reserve the right to cancel an order instead of replacing the item. This will usually require a reasonable waiting period before a shipment is considered as lost in transit, based on location and time of year. Filing for lost parcel can take some time and we would require physical/ digital proof that a claim has been lodged and the customer has not received the package.
