You will be able to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. Please inform us within 14 days of receiving the product about your intention to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the protective film/wrapping. If the watch is accepted for a return, but the strap/bracelet shows signs of use, then the refund will only be granted on the watch. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (including discount code purchases) are not eligible for return.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Mitch Mason Watches can be returned to us. Mitch Mason products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance to their respective return & refund policies.
There are no charges for returns. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Do consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee to receive your returned item.
For international customers, return shipping duties/taxes charged to Mitch Mason Watches will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
