Your watch will still be valid through the 12 months of warranty from the date of purchase. There will however be additional exclusions (below) after the flat sapphire crystal replacement by your watchmaker.
In addition to our warranty exclusions, after the crystal has been replaced by your watchmaker, your watch is not valid for any costs, repairs, or replacements for the below if they are deemed to be a result of the flat crystal replacement:
- Blemishes or dust on the dial, hands or crystal.
- Water seepage due to poor installation of the crystal.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from the crystal installation.
- Mitch Mason products purchased through other retailers are to be handled by them and must be returned in accordance to their respective warranty policies.
